This painting is inspired by the atmosphere that usually occurs during spring. People are filled with a certain excitement, the days are brighter and the warmth is slowly returning again. I picture that the strolling figures are on their way to meet up with their loved ones, to enjoy an afternoon drink in the sun. They are all dressed in light, swaying garments and one lady is accompanied by her trustful, cute dog. I have also painted the Eiffel Tower in a very discreet way in the background, to capture the Parisian feeling. 

The painting After Glimmer will be released 19/5, 6 pm at 32 rue de Penthièvre Paris, France. For those of you who can not attend to the physical exhibition, the remaining paintings will be released at 7 pm online.
